Your order will be processed and dispatched to you between 24 and 48 hours after your payment is processed. Depending on the availability of some goods, we will notify you immediately in the case of any additional delays.
Delivery times will vary depending on the destination. Postal delivery normally takes 2 to 5 working days in Canada and the United States, and 4 to 8 working days for Europe if you choose Air option. If requested, we can forward you the postal tracking number so that you can track your order. La Looma is not responsible for any delays in delivery.
You can also opt for express delivery. The price for this option is available on request.

For these areas, a transportation fee can be added to your bill in addition to our usual transport costs.
For all destinations a supplement can be added to the transport costs for goods with weight and/or higher dimensions. Of course, you will be informed at the time of shipping.
The Honest diapers are excluded from any special or promotion, and an extra shipping fees will be added to your shopping cart. Same for any products with extra weight and dimensions, we can adjust the shipping charges at the time of payment or after your order is confirmed
Although the promotional code for free shipping is only valid for regular prices items, you can for sure add some discounted items to your order, once the minimum of CAD 100 is reached.
During special events such as Black Friday, Boxing day or others, these conditions of free delivery may change with or without notice.
If, at the time of delivery, the packaging is damaged, torn, or opened, you must verify the state of the contents. If your order is damaged, you must refuse the parcel and make a note on the delivery form. If no note or complaint is made when the parcel is received, we will unfortunately not be able to provide any refund.
