This delicious raw wildflower honey melts in your mouth, while its warm aromas and sweet caramelized and candied fruit notes melt your heart.
Its beautiful amber color and moderately full-bodied taste has an extraordinary aromatic richness, quite different from "standard" commercial honeys.
Its dominant flowers, goldenrod, and buckwheat burst deliciously while aster and eupatorium, its secondary flowers, bloom delicately in the mouth.
Les Miels D'Anicet is an ethical company, respectful of bees and the environment. All these honeys are preservative and gluten free, and are organic.

What is the difference between raw honey and "standard" honey?
Commercial honey is filtered in order to remove all its solid particles, and pasteurized in order to avoid any crystallization.
These steps remove the vast majority of the honey's nutritional value.
Raw honey is harvested directly from the hive, it crystallizes naturally. It can be whitish, unctuous and very thick, with a slight taste of beeswax. Unlike transformed honey, it retains all the richness of its flavor and aroma, as well as its nutritional values and medicinal quality. It contains traces of pollen, propolis and beeswax, offering raw honey antioxidants, minerals, trace elements, vitamins and enxymes, all beneficial to human's health.
