Microwave : Place the cushion on a paper towel in a microwave oven. Heat the cushion for about 20 to 30 seconds depending on the intensity of the oven.

Conventional oven: Preheat your oven to 175°F and place the cushion on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Heat the cushion for a maximum of 10 minutes. Do not use in a gas oven.

Be careful not to burn yourself. Move the seeds in the cushion to distribute the heat. Always check the temperature of the cushion by placing it on the inside of your wrist. If you want to reheat the cushion while it is still warm, the heating time will be shorter. Never leave a child under the age of 3 unsupervised with a pillow.

COLD therapy reduces inflammation, bruising, soothes pain and relieves migraines.

Store the cushion in an airtight plastic bag in the freezer so it is ready to use cold.

Cushion Care:
The cushion is not washable in water. It should be protected from dust and placed on a clean surface. You can rub the surface with a damp cloth if a stain occurs. You must throw it away if a child vomits on the cushion.
