Why does it work?

Noble chamomile is recognized for its calming and soothing properties. It allows children (and older) who are agitated, anxious, nervous or having difficulty falling asleep to help them calm down. It also works wonders in cases of insomnia or nightmares. Lavender is recommended for its relaxing and sedative properties. It helps reduce nervousness, anxieties, stress and restlessness in children.
