Gutsy is a Montreal company that prepares you the kombucha as you like, with natural flavors made from medicinal herbs.
There are four flavors: Remontant - Ginger & Red Raspberry Leaf, Digestif - Hibiscus & Fennel, Chill-Out - Vervain & Scutellaire, and Boost d'Energie - Cardamom and Rhodiola.
The Remontant - Ginger and Red Raspberry Leaf is always available. However, the other three flavors are available according to a rotation. Call us to know our flavor of the week!
Remontant, with ginger and red raspberry leaf, is ideal to recover from a late night. Ginger promotes blood circulation. It is also excellent against nausea, promotes digestion and acts as an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. The red raspberry leaf is also ideal against nausea and vomiting.
Ingredients: Filtered water, kombucha culture, cane sugar, freshly pressed ginger juice, red raspberry leaf.
Digestif, with hibiscus and fennel, supports digestion during a particularly copious meal. Fennel relieves indigestion, soothes abdominal distension, increases bile secretion and favorize the food's transition through intestinal transit. The hibiscus calms stomach pain and gives the Digestif its beautiful red color.
Ingredients: Filtered water, kombucha culture, cane sugar, hibiscus, freshly squeezed ginger juice, fennel.
Chill-Out, verbena and scutellar, is ideal to soothe the mind, body and heart. The scutellar acts as a gentle sedative, but also as a nervous tonic. The vervain contributes with its soothing and anti-stress properties.

Boost d'Énergie, with cardamom and rhodolia, gives you the energy to go through busy days without feeling overworked. It increases the body's resistance to invaders and protects against oxidative stress. Cardamom and ginger act by supporting your digestive system.
Ingredients: Filtered water, kombucha culture, cane sugar, cardamom, freshly squeezed ginger juice, rhodolia.
